23-25 Cohasset St, Boston, MA 02131EMERGENCY: I am a self-represented tenant under an active Appeals Court Stay of Execution, and the sole caregiver for my 91-year-old mother who is fragile and cannot be moved. My landlord is actively violating Stop Work Order V891000. Yesterday, July 6, contractors carpooled in an unmarked vehicle and hid across the street to sneak inside and evade your drive-by inspector. Contractors previously broke my basement lock to rip down wiring and alter an illegal cross-metering violation to the garage, which runs on my personal electric meter (State Sanitary Code 105 CMR 410.354). ISD field housing and electrical inspectors are completely unresponsive to phone calls and texts. I need a Housing Code Enforcement Supervisor to contact me immediately to document these life-safety and utility violations for my upcoming court deadline.
