    Car has not moved in 14 DAYS! TWO WEEKS! This car is abandoned. I don’t understand why nothing has been done yet. If this is not the correct place to handle this issue PLEASE point me in the correct direction. PLEASE. I have small children and there is no parking for my building. It is freezing outside. Please have some compassion for your fellow neighbors of the city.
