Pest Infestation - Residential
10 Huntington Ave, Boston, Ma, 02116I am reporting a rat sighting inside the hotel lobby at The Westin Copley Place, 10 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02116. On Aug 23 at approximately 11:30pm. I observed a rat running around the back of the hotel lobby. I was doing conference call at the lobby and suddenly saw a rat running around. When I checked into the hotel on August 20th around 11:30 PM, another couple also reported to same to the front desk saying they saw rat running around the lobby. I was too scared to take any pictures or video. I notified the front desk immediately but they didn't respond. I reported again next morning, they shared this is their first time hearing. However, the first report was actually on Aug 20th night when I first checked in by another coupl.
