Yesterday morning around 8 am, the driver in the white VW with Maine license plate 762KLC switched from the right to the left lane without indicating and with a short time to indicate such that I had to brake aggressively to avoid hitting him. I then honked at him to indicate his behavior was inappropriate after which they braked aggressively twice and I almost hit them twice.
