    108 Norton St, Dorchester, Ma, 02122

    Parking sign at 108 Norton st. What isn’t clear about the sign placed too high on the pole. Should someone be lead by their hand to notice this? The case was closed stating that the vehicle had a placard. Nothing in this case was mentioned about a placard. Use common sense. Again the SIGN on the electrical pole is too high and is missed by people parking due to it being two spaces with handicap parking.
