Monday, July 27, 2026 – 10:50 PM Location: Alex’s Pizza, 1252 Washington Street, Boston, MA Issue: Vehicles illegally parked/standing in the designated bus and bike lane At approximately 10:50 PM on Monday, July 27, 2026, multiple vehicles were parked or standing directly in the red BUS/BIKE lane outside/near Alex’s Pizza, obstructing the designated lane. As shown in the attached photos, an MBTA bus is passing the location while vehicles are blocking the bus/bike lane, preventing the bus from using the designated lane as intended. This is an ongoing issue at this location, particularly during late-night hours. Please investigate and enforce the parking restrictions to keep the bus/bike lane clear and safe for MBTA buses and cyclists.
