It is 10:38pm and Bruce Irving's dogs are jumping off of furniture or a bed above my bedroom. Animal Control closed my case and it really was never resolved. I am absolutely dealing with feeling like I am trapped in my unit having to deal with this everyday. I have to turn on fans and Brown noise just to sleep while the dogs are left unattended in the unit. It does not matter if Bruce has a camera in his apartment to talk to the dogs when he is gone. I was also told that the dogs are not big by one of the animal control officers so I am drop a picture so that you can see how for you. Please send help because Animal Control just have Bruce a pass to harass me with his dogs daily by letting him slide.
