    Asbestos material has been improperly removed from the building and is littering the ground and trash heap. It is migrating into neighboring yards. Trash is not properly contained despite having a dumpster and is located at front and rear of property. Trash has been thrown from 3rd floor continuously aiding in trash ending up on abutting property.
