128 Chestnut St, Boston, Ma, 02108Hazardous Old Coal Chute: In light of the Worker that just fell down an old coal chute outside Omni Parker House in Boston, case #101006337554 should be revisited. Reported over 3 months ago and closed as “a property owner issue”. This is another chute that’s visibly corroded on the public sidewalk outside of 128 Chestnut Street in Beacon Hill.
