    For the Boston police this isn’t illegal, harassing cyclists on the road while the bike lanes are trashed with snow. This dude honked at me aggressively even came really close to my back tire threatening to hurt me, but for the Boston police this isn’t dangerous driving as long as he didn’t bring me to the hospital, everything is fine. License plate 9VCJ118 North Carolina. How is this allowed???
