    Stores and Coffee shops in the South End increasingly are letting dogs in. Trader Joe’s on Boylston (the new one) frequently has dogs in it and store help just shrugs. Collette on Columbus had two different sets of dogs on Saturday and today, Cafe Neto has a big dog and his owner sitting right by the cash register. It is unsanitary and many are allergic or have small kids. I thought it was also against BOH regs - please enforce.
