Illegally Blocked Sidewalk
River St & Washington StWashington St. and River St. In the Lower mills part of Dorchester there is a new 5 story building going in on that corner which has a chain link construction fence for the building and concrete street barriers separating the sidewalk and the street in front of the building. The problem is that I can't get my wheelchair in between the fence and barriers do to the 1ft. Space in between the fence and barriers. I've been close to getting hit by cars because I need to go on the street.
