    10 (ten!) unrelated, strangers-to-each- other people live in this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, one garage illegally,converted- to-a-bedroom unit. Turnover is every 3 months. Is it registered as a short term rental? Is it legal to house 10 people short term in a 4 bed (illegally coverted garage as a 5th) short term rental? This is a big part of the housing crisis. We don't need rent control. We need the City to do something about exploitative investor landlords.
