The Anchor in Shipyard Park in Charlestown. For the second night in a row, they did not empty all of the trash bins surrounding the Scotland House. 8th street and Harbor Walk. It’s the responsibility of The Anchor to empty them at 11 PM as part of their permit to set up Scotland House.
