    Yet again parking in resident spaces without sticker. It’s been almost a year of this truck parking in this neighborhood everyday. You could ticket him every single morning. Jack*ss was putting “dibs” on the road in August and harassing residents for parking in “his” spot. Please hold vehicle owner accountable.
