1 City Hall Plz, Boston, Ma, 02108Hello, a constituent made a complaint, through one of our concierge volunteers on the 3rd floor, about the poor customer service he said he had received at the Permit Office on 5/21/26 around 10:00am. He said he received "horrible treatment" from the "African American woman" in Room 719. He said he wanted "this poor behavior corrected". I work with the Age Strong Commission, and the volunteer relayed this to me. She stated he was quite upset.

64 Sleeper St, Boston, Ma, 02210Needle found on slope by stairway from Seaport Blvd bridge and Harborwalk. In Martin’s Park but not really a danger to anyone. I climbed in, retrieved it and put it in our receptacle in Park office. No need to send anyone, just wanted to report it. Thanks!
