Hyde Park Ave & Woodlawn StThey recently installed a concrete barrier at the end of my road (Woodlawn Street, Jamaica Plain). I can't for the life of me figure out the intention, but it is causing significant issues since our street is two-way and already very narrow. The barrier prevents two-way traffic from entering/leaving the street safely and should be removed.
