    Residents at 23 Cortes Street every week keep open unsecured trash bags, dumping their trash on sidewalks, leaving a playground for rodents to gather, destroying the neighborhood and adjacent properties. This is unacceptable that residents can show such disregard for any rules of decency and common sense to just secure their trash and keep their sidewalk clean!!!
