Snow Plowing/Salting
7 Prospect St, Charlestown, Ma, 02129The sidewalk on Lowney Way between Prospect St. and the parking area behind 69 Tremont St. in Charlestown is never cleared. This is a major walking route for children heading to Harvard-Kent School, and because this is not cleared, they all must walk in the road, with oncoming traffic flying toward them. It is very unsafe. Pictures attached. Why is this sidewalk not included for clearing by the city? If it is the responsibility of a homeowner on Prospect St., please notify them and fine them - no one ever clears it. It seems to be a city sidewalk and for our neighbors' safety, please figure this out and get it cleared. Thank you.
