Witnessed owner or manager of 217 Marlborough rear unit facing public alley 417 dump 6 bags of garbage out today Wednesday . I told him he can’t leave garbage out then and didn’t care. Told me he had to clean out fridge and had no place to go with trash and became combative. His truck and license place shown here.
