Dear Commissioner, I am writing to request an immediate investigation into ongoing public safety and quality-of-life concerns at or around 568, 570, 576, and 580 Blue Hill Avenue, Boston, MA 02121. Residents have reported recurring large gatherings, excessive noise, late-night activity, and other disturbances that have raised significant concerns within the neighborhood. Due to the frequency and nature of these incidents, I respectfully request that the appropriate City agencies investigate whether any criminal activity or code violations are occurring at these locations. Specifically, I ask that the City coordinate with the Boston Police Department, Boston Inspectional Services Department, and any other appropriate agencies to determine whether there is evidence of unlawful activity, building or occupancy violations, fire safety issues, zoning violations, or any other matters within their jurisdiction. If the investigation substantiates any violations of law or City code, I respectfully request that the appropriate enforcement actions be taken. The residents of this neighborhood deserve a safe and peaceful community. I appreciate your prompt attention to these concerns and respectfully request a thorough investigation.
