750 Columbia Rd, Dorchester, Ma, 02125Rusty nails and construction debris are being thrown into the dumpster at the Russell School. There is generally always an uptick around summer time, however there has been an increase and the debris isn't always perfectly placed in the dumpster. Occasionally the debris finds its way on the ground and in the lot where it is unsafe for individuals having to utilize it. Unsure of where the construction debris is coming from.
