    Dumpsters and blue recycling bins that belong to the building on 457 Adams street have been sitting on Whitten Street since Fridays trash pick up. There has been a ticket attached to the fence for two weeks now. Rat issue on the street that they are contributing to by leaving the dumpsters and bins out.
