115-125 Peterborough St, Boston, MA 02215All apartments run on a single 30A outdated fuse circuit. System is severely overloaded and frequently fails for multiple apartments under basic daily use; such as AC and fridge use. When fuses are blowing they are heavily blackened/scorched, and very hot to the touch when replacing them. Im concerned about the severe fire risk to the building. Inspector will need the landlord to provide access to the building's electrical panel which is in the basement.
