    Groups of cars illegally parked on 36 Westwood Street with house speakers on the roof blaring Spanish music! For the entire neighborhood! Not one of these people live on this street! But feel empowered to totally disregard the home owners who actually live here! Police refuse to patrol this area! Don’t understand why that is, but this happens every single evening!
