    Outside 41 edgerly Road building there is a family of 3 rats, 2 of them as big as a cat (no joke). I live in the building and my kid is terrified. We see them always since 4-5 months ago. The problem I'm identifying is that an old lady from the neighborhood (lives in the nursing home next to the building)keeps throwing them food. See picture attached, so the rats are growing. I've tried to tell the lady to stop throwing food, but I don't think she understands... Could you please come and do something with the rats? There is also big hole in the sidewalk done by the rats. It's crazy.
