Inadequate trash pick up Whole Foods - second parking lot across from main one. Spills into street every day

Dear City of Boston Officials, Thank you for all the great service you provide. I am writing to request immediate action on the persistent rat infestation in Allston–Brighton, with particular concern for Lower Allston, the residential neighborhood north of I-90 and south of the Charles River. While rodent control is important throughout Allston–Brighton, I want to specifically draw attention to Lower Allston, where families with young children live and where residents should be able to walk, play, and enjoy their neighborhood without encountering rats. Rats are frequently visible on sidewalks, near homes, and around trash collection areas. This is a serious public health and sanitation concern, particularly in a residential neighborhood where children regularly spend time outdoors. I urge the city to take coordinated action, particularly in Lower Allston, including: 1.
