    Overgrown lot on Blue Hill Ave between Gaston and Otisfield Streets. This lot is over waist high and contributes to rodent issues and trash along the fence line. The organization that owns the lot promised a clean-up on a monthly basis. So far, no clean-up for several months. They are seeking approval for a 40 unit development through the city of boston.
