31 W Eagle St, Boston, MA 02128Someone in my neighborhood CONSTANTLY leaves their dog out, even in this incredibly cold weather, until late into the night. The dog stands outside and barks for hours and hours but is ignored. This is happening right now as it's frigid outside. This happens ALL the time in all sorts of weather. This is animal abuse. The address is 31 West Eagle Street in East Boston. Please investigate and save this dog.
