    Hello, Please help me understand the best way to pickup trash and clean the street of Chelsea in East Boston, particularly the Even side, between Porter and Maverick. Even more specifically, around Gove St. There are significant dips near the curbs where the street cleaner could not reach, and now that it’s not running, there’s even more collecting… It’s created quite a mess and would like to help collect it. Please let me know how to help this situation? Here is the worst of it, around Chelsea St & Gove in East Boston. Also, this broken trash receptacle is on that same corner. Please help in this case, it’s been since September at the least… 5202705159
