Description of Issue: This is a chronic public safety and quality-of-life issue at [E Eighth Street and H Street Intersection]. We are experiencing recurring, severe disturbances involving large, rowdy crowds shouting and throwing objects into the street. Additionally, individuals are operating loud, unregistered mopeds recklessly on the sidewalks and roads. Neighbors are frequently forced to call 911 for emergency response. I am logging this with 311 so the city has a formal record of the persistent illegal moped activity and disorderly conduct at this specific location, and to request that this sector be flagged for increased municipal oversight and police patrol routing.

I would like to report a concerning food pickup practice at Papa Johns Pizza, located at 1501 Dorchester Ave, Boston, MA. The restaurant requires people collecting food orders to go to the rear of the building, where the garbage dumpsters are located. This area has a strong unpleasant odor, dirty liquid on the ground, and uncomfortable conditions for people waiting outside, especially in cold weather. I want to clarify that the dumpsters are in their proper location. The problem is that people are required to collect food in this garbage area instead of being allowed to pick it up inside the restaurant in a clean and appropriate environment. This raises concerns about hygiene, food handling, and respectful treatment of people collecting orders. I respectfully request an inspection and appropriate action to ensure that food can be collected in a clean, safe, and dignified location, preferably inside the restaurant.
