428 Adams St, Dorchester, Ma, 02122I better understand the citys budget woes now. Cars reported for YEARS, still here no tickets, just a "we're on it". Guess we don't really need the money because it's left in the gutter with the expired sticker cars that sit in front of 28 Elmdale for 5 years now. Services are slipping for sure. Go-ahead and tag this we actively Patrol "other areas" and we will maybe decorate the cars into a little parklette, great to have such big decorations on the street
