This house has an open basement level window with a hole in the screen, and I saw a rat run into the hole last night around 8pm. With all of the construction in the area, I’ve seen so many more rats on this road and this is an infestation waiting to happen (if it already isn’t one). Can you please send someone to inspect this and somehow force the owner of the residence to close up this window so it’s not an entry point for rats? I live a few doors down and don’t want rats or any pests to make their way to my house from that entry point somehow! Thank you!!

Percival street is missing some no parking signs - we need more signage because people keep parking on this two way street which makes it functionally a one way and is really difficult for people who live here to get out of driveways. There have been multiple near collisions because of parked cars forcing traffic into the other lane. It’s dangerous for kids and pedestrians too and we have no idea how a firetruck or ambulance could get through here. I’ve even seen the school bus have to ride up on the curb to get around parked cars. There’s no enforcement and during the winter blizzards the whole street was left half unplowed for weeks.
