    They're setting off illegal fireworks at the corner of Old Road and Michigan Avenue Dorchester, across from 21 Columbia Rd. It's disturbing my mother who has dementia and it's traumatizing for us who are affected by loud noises similar to gunfire. Why is this allowed? And now the Dominican music has started to shake my house. The fireworks are hitting nearby homes and cars. Please send assistance.
