    This Judge st., Mission Hill. It’s been like this forever, I’m a lifelong resident. Its like half parking lot/cul-de-sac, half overgrown/neglected shady(literally, like trees) cut thru. Can this be planned & modified? Would be a unique neighborhood spot, cpl picnic benches…anyway, thanks for your attention
