Illegally Blocked Sidewalk

Code enforcement needs to reevaluate. This sidewalk is illegally blocked. While it is blocked for safety, the service company or building management did not take out a sidewalk occupancy permit. This is the definition of a code violation. Do your job. These are public spaces and if private entities are going to shut them down, there is a process they need to follow. You all have been failing Lagrange street and tamworth for months. Get your act together and hold 62 boylston accountable for repeated violations. This is absurd.
