    A construction crew has been using spot savers to reserve two spots. 1. They did not shovel these spots 2. They are in a residential parking zone (they do not have stickers) 3. They taped some sort of permit to them that expired weeks ago 4. It’s daytime and they aren’t even using the spaces Could we please have these removed?
