Illegal Parking

An Illegally parked car is across a sidewalk and in the street, yes there is a snowmound there but, the car is still sticking out in the street. It is directly across from our driveway which would make it a bit difficult for me to maneuver my car out and in, I am partially disabled. There car is at side entrance of 141 Sherrin Street Hyde Park.
