Park Light Outage

Some of the Parkman Bandstand's lights in Boston Commons were not working. I noticed all the small 2-inch lights around the exterior were all off (possibly on purposed for the Shakespeare on the Common performance. Regardless, the fixtures have a fair amount of rust which could be touched up.
