Broken Sidewalk
225 Southampton St, Roxbury, Ma, 02118This is where they told my car at Walsh’s towing on Southampton Street, completely inaccessible and full of potholes and drug users. I twisted my ankle getting my towed car. The worker made me climb the yellow gate to get to my car that was parked behind a dumpster. They denied my reasonable accommodation when I said I can’t walk a half a mile in 97° heat. It was a heat emergency. Accessibility is important because all different people get their cars towed and not everybody can walk a half a mile in a heat emergency. Why was my car not in a secure lot? One end was open and there was active drug use by my car this is not OK and is against the Americans with disability act
