472 sumner street has birds all over it and screeching all through the very early AM/ night. The soffit repair in the spring was never done the right way- they left a hole and the birds have found it. Please contact landlord to close it up. No one is ever there at the door when we knock. Disrupting sleep for seniors and kids. Neighbors sent us these close up pictures of the hole
