Sidewalk Not Shoveled
Intersection Of Cambridge St And Interstate 93 S, Charlestown, Ma
This walkway hasn’t been touched a single time since last Sunday. It’s an absolute joke. It is so dangerous. There can be only one flow of traffic at a time single file. Not only can people barely walk, there is no shot a wheelchair or stroller could fit through. It is a shame the city won’t do literally anything about this area. It really isn’t that complicated. Please fix asap.

Snow Plowing/Salting
15 Buswell St, Boston, Ma, 02215Buswell Street on the south side urgently needs additional snow removal. Large snowbanks are forcing cars to park out into the roadway, reducing the street to a single lane and creating unsafe conditions. Visitor parking on that side is extremely limited and effectively unusable. This has been an ongoing problem for over a week. I reported it last week, and the case was closed within 45 minutes without the issue being addressed. The situation has not improved. This is a serious access and safety problem. The snow must be cleared as soon as possible.
