78 Sumner St, Boston, MA 02125At what point is it ok to make a noise complaint, we live in townhouse style apartments and neighbors are wall to wall. I do not know the decibals but it feels unreasonably loud and makes vibrations through the wall. It interferes with sleep and being able to comfortably relax in your own home. I'm getting really frustrated by the complete lack of common courtesy and would love some guidance.
