231-235 Parsons St, Boston, MA 02135Constant noise from motorbikes and people with loud cars under the underpass on Parsons — a huge gang of bikers comes around every evening around 7-8 and even more going by lately so loud. Please install speed bumps!!! People also FLY down Parsons and almost hit residents.
