    Kennedy Design Build LLC is performing permitted work at 58 Chandler Street, but the permit does not allow blocking the travel lane. Starting around 6:45 a.m., flatbed trucks and 6–8 additional vehicles are parked in the middle of the street, blocking traffic and turning the street into a parking lot until about 8:00 a.m. The contractor should have arranged a police detail to manage flatbed trucks and traffic impacts.
