Pest Infestation - Residential
75 Saint Alphonsus St, Mission Hill, Ma, 02120I am a tenant at J VUE at the LMA, located at 75 Saint Alphonsus Street, Boston, MA 02120. I saw a mouse inside my apartment and found an open hole around the plumbing under my kitchen sink, which may be an entry point. I reported the problem to property management. Management said the request was scheduled, but no one has come to inspect or repair the problem. I am requesting a housing inspection and corrective action. The opening needs to be properly sealed, and professional pest control needs to inspect and treat my apartment.
