    Spruhan Engineering is in South Boston. Did the city hire them? Because they have illegal aliens working for them for slave labor. They could American workers. Plenty of Massachusetts residents born and raised that do land surveying work. I just went outside to ask a question and they couldn’t speak a word of English. Not one word. ICE is being contacted.
