    I’m writing regarding the ongoing construction in our zip code. While a permit covers work from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another group is working 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., giving us basically zero quiet hours. It’s absurd that overlapping permits leave no break for residents, and I’m requesting this be re-evaluated so people can actually get some sleep!
