    a gray kia forte (license plate attached in photo) is parked IN FRONT OF and BLOCKING one of the two handicap ramps in front of the mckinley school in the south end on warren avenue. this is not the first time any car has done it, and the second time i have reported it. the sign clearly explains no parking/tow zone, however cars continue to block it putting up their handicap placards as excuses. can we put up a sign that further states this is illegal? this is unacceptable.
