Food waste pickup didn’t come

Traffic lights at the intersection of Harrison ave and traveler street in the South end. Road work is finishing up installing the new bike paths and traffic lights. The traffic lights seem to be on a new pattern versus the old one and has almost cause a few accidents as there were no alerts about the new pattern. The old pattern which was much safer 1. Green for Cars going north and south 2. Green for cars going east and west 3. 4 way walk signal so no cars have a green light. Now In combination with the bike paths it's more hectic. 1. Cars have a green and pedestrians have walk signals so cars that are used to taking turns have almost hit people already 2. Same pattern for cars and pedestrians in the other direction Was this an intentional design choice? The other lights along Harrison have also been updated so cars are now driving into pedestrians. Revert this back to a 4 way walk. If it was meant to keep a continuous flow of traffic it's not accomplishing that because turning cars now block the intersection as they wait for walkers

Traffic sign has been knocked down on the corner of Devens St and Rutherford Ave in Charlestown.
