    SILVER DODGE 4NJR42 has been dumped in front of 15 Mallet Street since early December when street cleaning stopped. The owner does not bother to clean it after snowstorms and it has not been moved or checked on. There was fast food trash and hamburgers near the car so it’s becoming food and shelter for city rats. If the city is keen on picking up space savers and trash, why won’t it pick up this dumped car too? This is a very narrow road and one of the only two way streets in the neighborhood. This litter of a car being here is a disservice to the neighbors and the owner doesn’t even live on this street!
