There are cars currently parked with no resident parking stickers, out of state license plates, commercial vehicles that park here for days etc. and should be ticketed. Thank you.

A utility cable/wire has fallen from the overhead cable bundle and is hanging very low across the alley. The wire is approximately head height — I am 5’3” and my head can touch it when walking underneath. I am not sure whether it is an electrical, telephone, or cable/internet line. It appears to be a potential safety hazard and may need to be secured back to the overhead bundle. Please inspect and route to the appropriate utility company. Thank you.
