Street needs salt and plow

Woods Mullen, 794 Massachusetts Ave Boston MA. The issue is that the women from Mullens are hanging around within the Mullens property at the fence close to the sidewalk smoking crack ( known as hard). More specifically the women from Mullens are selling crack to the women in Willows, ( the 5th floor of Mullens run by the Victory program .). They then smoke the crack just within the fence or on the sidewalk in front of Mullens causing a public health issue. I simply would ask that the security department of the BPHC, which runs the Mullens property actually get out of their vehicles and disperse these females selling and consuming drugs in front of Mullens. I have called the New market security department and the Boston police department also. But once the women step inside the boundaries of Mullens it seems to be a BPHC issue . I simply ask here to disrupt their drug selling and using by dispersing these women from the front of Mullens. Thank you.

Multiple cars parked making 2 lane road into 1 lane. States it is every weekend night. Difficult to get by.
