    Ongoing noise disturbance at 1023-A Blue Hill Ave, Dorchester Center, MA 02124. An individual is currently playing loud music on the outdoor porch. The noise is clearly audible from surrounding properties and can be heard inside my home even with windows closed. This is happening right now (approximately 11:45pm This appears to be a recurring issue. Requesting intervention to address excessive noise and enforce local noise ordinances.
