Follow up on continuing loud road construction on Fulton St this is the 3rd time I have submitted this complaint and contrary to your note it has not been resolved. This week we have had street digging and loud vacuuming noise. There are LONG periods when nothing happens. Today between 1pm and 4 pm. Now they have started up again. Why is this now weeks long project still incomplete and why is the neighbor not being informed as to why this is happening and when will it be completed? Thank you
