    Hi there, I am a disabled Vet and I have a car coming from the VA to take me to a couple medical appointments at the JPVA. The VA car then is going to bring me back. However right now my street is closed meaning no cars can get to me or my parking spot. I wouldn’t not be able to return either even if the car could find it way to me. They only way through right now is down multiple one way streets that are not closed meaning hitting another car would be likely.
