this car has been taking up two parking spots for weeks. two spots were shoveled out after the snow emergency at the end of January and since that ended they have parked directly in the middle. they know that two cars fit there as they have been parked there with a second car before and I believe they might be doing this to save a second spot. parking is extremely limited here, especially with the snow and they have been hoarding these spots for over a month
