Construction Debris
10 Stonley Rd, Boston, MA 02130Separate construction-debris location near Unit 101 at 10 Stonley Rd. A prior 311 case regarding this condition was closed on 8/17/26, but the materials remain as of 8/18/26. The landscaped area still contains plywood, wood/edging pieces, miscellaneous construction material, disturbed soil, and other debris associated with the sidewalk project. The area has not been restored following the work. Please inspect this separate location and require removal of remaining construction materials and restoration of the affected landscaping. Current photos document the continuing condition.

10 Stonley Rd, Boston, MA 02130Follow-up to a construction-debris case closed on 8/17/26: the debris remains onsite as of 8/18/26. A pile of broken concrete/paver material and related construction debris remains beside the building near the main entrance/utility equipment at 10 Stonley Rd. The sidewalk work in this area has already been completed, but the debris has not been removed. Please inspect and require cleanup of the remaining construction materials and restoration of the affected area. Current photos document that the condition remains after the prior case was closed.

Sidewalk Repair
Avenue Louis Pasteur & Blackfan CirSidewalk broken and a tree was removed and there is a giant hole covered by weeds. One of our summer school students twisted their ankle.
