Improper Trash Storage

The dumpster at the Hyde Park Community Center is too small for the amount of trash that the building generates. This leads to a frequently overflowing dumpster, likely attracting rats. Please require them to get a larger dumpster and keep the lid closed. This problem has been recurring for at least a year.
