Intersection Of Vershire St And Cowing St, West Roxbury, Ma
Little grey Sudan parked on Vershire & Cowing blocking street so plow couldn’t get through. Plow honked a few times, but the owner did not come out to move the car. Other cars cannot get pass through the street either.
