Poor Conditions of Property
There has been a serious and ongoing trash accumulation and rodent infestation problem coming from the backyards of two neighboring buildings 52 and 54 Brooks St - East Boston. For the past 2–3 years, the owners have not taken consistent action to clean or control the issue. Trash, old furniture, and debris continue to pile up, attracting large numbers of mice and rats. This situation now affects surrounding buildings, including ours, and poses a health and safety risk for families with children and pets. The problem has been reported multiple times, but no visible action has been taken. Please have an inspector assess the properties and take enforcement action as soon as possible. I can provide photos if needed. Contacts for the properties: • 54 Brooks St: keith@brookproperty.com • 52 Brooks St: (781) 851-4004
