Domestic Animal Issue
100 Atlantic Ave, Boston
Three dogs off leash even though signs are clear to have leash and even though close to playground. Female owner put the dog on lease and Male owner was verbally abusive and eventually put leashes on his dogs. Near Christopher Columbus kid park on the grassy area nearby. Occurred around 915am I think.
