Overflowing trash

Can anything be done about the obnoxious vagrants who constantly sit outside the vicinity of Bunker Hill Liquors. Usually three of them who drink alcohol publicly and harass pedestrians. (Women, children, the elderly.) They most-likely live in the projects and should stay there! Thank you.

This concerns the building at 90 Commonwealth again, this is a pattern of ongoing behavior on their part - please issue them an immediate "orange tag" stop-work order. This is a recurring complaint, following up on complaint #BCS-00315181 filed about a week ago, as well as numerous past complaints. At 8:00 AM today, they set up another blockade using traffic cones at the rear of their building (in the back alley) and installed equipment to cut wood and metal in the open areas—right out in the open. Please make it clear to them that no permit whatsoever authorizes them to carry out this type of work in common areas. This is, of course, private work being done on their building, not work being performed by the City of Boston. Please take immediate enforcement action against this building—including issuing an orange tag stop-work order—and forward this complaint to the appropriate Boston municipal authority regarding noise disturbances, debris, and illegal work in common areas.
