  • Sidewalk Repair

    Tremont St & West St

Please reinstall protective infrastructure on bike lanes to prevent illegal parking. Allowing cars to park like this one is dangerous to all road users, particularly in wet conditions like today. The city’s removal of protective infrastructure disregards the safety of the community.

REOPEN IMMEDIATELY – GROSS NEGLIGENCE REPORT. This emergency ticket was closed as 'Resolved' in 11 minutes without any inspector physical visit, phone call, or utility verification. This is a violation of State Sanitary Code inspection mandates. My landlord is actively violating Stop Work Order V891000. Contractors carpooled in an unmarked vehicle on July 6 to evade drive-by checks and previously broke my basement lock to rip down wires. They are actively destroying evidence of an illegal cross-metering violation to the garage running on my personal panel (105 CMR 410.354). I am a self-represented tenant under an active court Stay of Execution and the sole caregiver for my fragile 91-year-old mother. If a Housing Code Enforcement Supervisor does not contact me immediately to schedule an interior emergency inspection today, this 11-minute ticket closure is being handed directly to the Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services and the City Fraud Hotline tomorrow morning while I am downtown at the courthouse.
