I am submitting yet another complaint about the dumpsters on Seaview Ave. As I was turning the corner onto Drumlin, I could smell these dumpsters from several meters away. The smell is overwhelming and has become an issue for the surrounding neighborhood. Once again, the dumpsters are overflowing, with trash and waste spilling into the surrounding area. The street and sidewalks are covered in years of staining and buildup from the liquids leaking out of these dumpsters. The amount of leakage onto public property is disgusting and creates a potential health hazard for the children, residents, and pets who walk these sidewalks every day. At what point are those responsible going to be held accountable? How many complaints need to be filed before the City actually takes meaningful action? This has been going on for years. The smell, overflowing trash, and waste leaking onto public property are completely unacceptable. Residents should not have to continuously complain about something as basic as sanitation in their own neighborhood. I am fed up and disgusted with how the City has handled this issue. Temporary cleanups are clearly not working, and the conditions continue to return. I want to know what is actually being done to hold the responsible parties accountable and what the City plans to do to permanently address this issue. Enough is enough.

I am submitting a complaint regarding the excessive and persistent noise from vehicles traveling along Riverway, particularly cars with modified or excessively loud exhaust systems that appear to have little to no muffling. The noise has become a frequent and significant disturbance for residents living along the road. Vehicles repeatedly accelerate loudly as they travel through the area, creating disruptive noise that carries into nearby homes, especially during nighttime hours. The frequency and volume of these vehicles have made this an ongoing quality-of-life issue for the surrounding neighborhood. I am also concerned about whether these vehicles are traveling at unsafe speeds, given the loud acceleration and the nature of the roadway. I would appreciate increased traffic enforcement and investigation into potential exhaust and noise violations in this area. Please consider this a recurring neighborhood concern rather than an isolated incident. I am asking the City to investigate, increase enforcement where appropriate, and take meaningful steps to address excessive vehicle noise and any related traffic safety issues on Riverway.
