You would arrest people siting in their cars with open alcohol containers, can you please address the weed smoking in cars and smokers just walking down the streets during the day in the Savin Hill neighborhood? They don't even roll up the windows anymore or care if children are around. You can smell this specific guy all the way past the old parish over by the funeral home. This is probably the 5th or 6th time he's parked in the afternoon in the same spot on Auckland. Plate# MA 2MSA66
