    Please clear Pagel Park parking lot. City contractors left Pagel Park unfinished. Witnessed the contracted team snow blowing the sidewalk then left the parking lot unfinished. a neighbor was the one to shovel some of the snow out to get to work. If the city requires that residents to park in city parking lots and garages, the least they could do is shovel the parking lots.
