    Intersection Of W Cedar St And Mount Vernon St, Boston, Ma

    There was a large garbage truck at about 3:50 am Saturday Morning, 11/8, picking up what seemed to be commercial trash. They were rolling trash cans down Mount Vernon Street from Cedar Street to Charles Street in Beacon Hill. I believe this is not allowed as trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday for the area and should not begin until 6 am. I have heard and seen these actions also take place during the weekdays in the early morning before 6 am and on non collection days.
