    The big dumpster behind 19 South st is not closed properly and we have a real rat infestation this year. Rats were able to chew throw the plastic cover of the dumpster and have a large source of food there. We found a lot of rat borrows in the vicinity of the property. I hope the management of 19 South st will cooperate and change the dumpster cover to a metal one and call a pest company to eradicate rats who live around the dumpster.
