STILL No progress on complaint #101006575811 submitted SEVERAL months ago: 39 Hartford St., Dorchester- abandoned building previously boarded up by ISD. House/yard still in serious decline, YARD COMPLETELY OVERGROWN TO 10’ HIGH, roof shingles all over the yard, holes in roof. SEVERAL months ago, some men came and took the boards off the window and front door and entered. When they left, they DID NOT PUT THE BOARD BACK UP ON THE FRONT WINDOW. It is lying on the grass. I reported ALL this on the 311 app. With the board down on the front of the house, our neighborhood and children are once again tempted to go inside and we are all vulnerable to vagrants getting in. THE SIDE FENCE IS BROKEN. ANYONE CAN GET INTO THE YARD AND INTO THE HOUSE. TRASH IS EVERY WHERE. FRONT STEPS OVERGROWN WITH PLANTS. IT IS TERRIBLE AND NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION.
