Rodent Activity
4 Emerson Pl, BostonRats everywhere on Emerson Place in West End. They run from dumpsters on the side of 4 Emerson in the parking lot to all the surrounding buildings, walk ways and across the large lawn. Some nights the rats fight in the parking lot and make horrible noises.
