    The late night construction on the T at Comm and South St is outrageous. It’s 11 PM and the crashing sounds and sawing are disrupting sleep for me and I’m sure my neighbors. Truly disrespectful and unreasonable. Moving forward, this work should be scheduled for daytime hours.
