    Extremely dangerous electrical hazard at 67 Ashford st Brighton connection to meter panel is dangling by wires. Resident tried contacting owner but no replies. This is a serious life threatening condition which needs attention. Needs inspectional services to see it right away. Residents are all college students with limited abilities for this kind of thing. ( I am a roadway inspector with DPW)
